&lt;p&gt;ICCL was incorporated on &lt;strong&gt;17 December 2007&lt;/strong&gt; as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the &lt;a href="https://v2.webnotes.in/bombay-stock-exchange/"&gt;Bombay Stock Exchange&lt;/a&gt;
, and commenced clearing operations on &lt;strong&gt;3 June 2008&lt;/strong&gt;.
