Dinesh Khara served as the Chairman of the State Bank of India (until late 2024), having earlier been instrumental in the strategic positioning of SBI Mutual Fund (a subsidiary of SBI). Under broader SBI leadership during his tenure, SBI Mutual Fund grew to become India’s largest mutual fund AMC by AUM.
