From WebNotes, a public knowledge base.
Last updated .
WebNotes is a fresh public knowledge base built on Hugo. The site is intentionally minimal in this first iteration: a homepage, a guides index, and individual articles.
What is here
Each guide is a self-contained article with a title, publication date, and where relevant a table of contents. Articles cross-link to related guides; the goal over time is a dense, navigable reference rather than a chronological blog.
How content is structured
The source files live under content/posts/ as Markdown. Hugo renders them at the URL /<slug>/ thanks to the permalink rule in hugo.toml. The default theme ships with this site (no external Hugo theme dependency) so layout changes go straight into layouts/.
What is coming
Guides on the topics you would expect a notes site to cover: software tooling, configuration, debugging recipes, and short reference pages. Topics will grow with use.
Reviewed and published by
WebNotes Editorial Team
The WebNotes Editorial Team covers Indian capital markets, payments
infrastructure and retail investor procedures. Every article is fact-checked
against primary sources, principally SEBI circulars and master directions,
NPCI specifications and the official support documentation published by the
intermediary in question. Drafts go through a second-pair-of-eyes review and
a separate compliance read before publication, and revisions are tracked
against the SEBI and NPCI rule changes referenced in the methodology
section.
