IDFC Mutual Fund (historical)
IDFC Mutual Fund was the asset management subsidiary of IDFC Limited , an Indian infrastructure-finance NBFC turned diversified financial holding company. Operating from the mid-2000s until April 2022, IDFC Asset Management built a top-15 presence in the Indian mutual fund industry with approximately Rs 1,15,000 crore in AUM at time of acquisition. The AMC was acquired by Bandhan Financial Holdings in April 2022 and rebranded as Bandhan Mutual Fund .
For Indian retail investors who held IDFC Mutual Fund scheme units, the entity is now Bandhan Mutual Fund. Folios, units, and schemes continued through the rebrand without disruption.
