Prashant Jain is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of 3P Investment Managers, a PMS / advisory firm. He is widely regarded as one of India’s most respected value-oriented equity investors following his 25+ year tenure as Chief Investment Officer of HDFC Asset Management Company , where he managed several of HDFC MF’s flagship schemes through multiple market cycles.

Career

Prashant Jain joined HDFC Mutual Fund early in its history and rose to become CIO. Schemes he managed included HDFC Top 100 (large-cap flagship), HDFC Mid-Cap Opportunities, and HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund. He stepped down from HDFC AMC in 2022 and subsequently founded 3P Investment Managers.
