IIFL Mutual Fund was the asset management arm of IIFL Holdings , one of India’s diversified financial services groups, operating as a focused boutique AMC. The entity was subsequently merged with the broader 360 ONE wealth management group following IIFL Wealth’s rebranding to 360 ONE. The mutual fund operations continue today under the 360 ONE Mutual Fund brand.

For Indian retail investors who held IIFL Mutual Fund scheme units, the entity is now part of 360 ONE Mutual Fund. The transition was structural rather than disruptive, with folios and units continuing through the rebrand.

The AMC was renamed from IIFL Mutual Fund to 360 ONE Mutual Fund in 2024 following the parent’s broader rebrand from IIFL Wealth and Asset Management to 360 ONE WAM.
