Baroda Mutual Fund was the asset management arm of Bank of Baroda , one of India’s largest public sector banks. The AMC operated as Baroda Asset Management India Limited until its merger with BNP Paribas Mutual Fund in 2022, forming the successor entity Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund .

For Indian retail investors who held Baroda Mutual Fund scheme units, the entity is now Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund. Folios and units continued through the merger without operational disruption.
