Launched in 2023 following a directive from <a href="https://v2.webnotes.in/sebi-investment-management-department/">SEBI</a> , MITRA aggregates folio information from all registered AMCs and their registrar and transfer agents (RTAs) into a single search interface, addressing the significant and growing problem of unclaimed mutual fund investments in India.</p>
