Indiabulls Mutual Fund was the asset management arm of Indiabulls Housing Finance , part of the broader Indiabulls financial services group. The AMC operated as a small private-sector entity before its sale to Groww Asset Management in 2021. The transaction effectively repurposed the AMC’s SEBI registration and operational structure to launch Groww Mutual Fund , the asset management arm of the popular Groww direct-investment platform.

For Indian retail investors who held Indiabulls Mutual Fund scheme units, the entity transitioned to Groww Mutual Fund’s brand, with scheme operations continuing under the new ownership.
