PGIM India Mutual Fund is an Indian asset management company, formally incorporated as PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited, and the Indian operations of PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial Inc. (Newark, New Jersey, USA). The fund house operates as the successor to Pramerica Mutual Fund (historical) , having rebranded in 2020 when Prudential Financial aligned its global asset management operations under the unified PGIM brand.

As of March 2024, PGIM India AMC managed assets of approximately Rs 25,000 to 30,000 crore, placing it in the smaller-to-mid bracket of Indian AMCs. The fund house is entirely owned by PGIM with no domestic co-sponsor.
